This morning while I was folding clothes and listening to conference, Sadie came in my room and said, "Put me in timeout, mom". I could see that she had syrup all over her face and in her hair, so I figured she must have made a mess with the syrup. When I went downstairs to check out the damage, this is what I found. A pancake with a whole plate full of syrup. Luckily most of the syrup mess was on the plate. Not too bad as far as messes go. Sadie knew she did something wrong and thought she would be in trouble, so she came and asked me to put her in timeout. Silly girl. We put her in the bathtub and cleaned up the table. I guess next time I should put breakfast up before I leave the kitchen.

That is funny. You know it can't be good when your child tells you they need to go to time out! But you are lucky..it could have been a LOT worse as far as syrup goes.
That is so funny. I just love Sadie's darling personality. It will be fun to see you all this weekend.
