Can he really be 10?

Kamryn had his 10th birthday this past week. I can't believe that he is really that old. He is getting so grown up that he didn't even want a friend birthday party this year. He just wanted to do family stuff. Wyatt and I took him to eat at his favorite restaurant (Arby's). We also took the family to watch Race to Witch Mountain at the theatre. On Sunday we had our traditional family birthday party at Grandma's for him. Kamryn got to pick his favorite meal for dinner (Hawaiian Haystacks), Melanie made a darling cake, and he got plenty of presents. You can't ask for a better birthday. He kept saying that it was his best birthday ever. He is such a good kid, and so much fun. I hate to see him getting so big. I know once he reaches the teenage years, mom and dad won't be so cool and he won't want to hang out with us anymore. We Love You Kamryn! Happy Birthday!

Here are some pictures of his party at Grandma's...

Kamryn really wanted a ripstik and the board game Ticket to Ride. He was really excited when he opened up both gifts. The whole family took a turn trying out his ripstik. Kamryn definitely is the best rider in the family.

Happy birthday Kamryn!!! You finally hit the double digits. I hope you had a really GREAT day. My whole family loves ticket to ride- we'll have to make a trip to Vernal so we can all play.
