Summer Games

Sorry I haven't updated lately.  I have been very busy.  I have been in and out of town the last couple of weeks and it's not over yet.  I'm getting behind on my blogging, so I figure I better try to catch up.  I will start with first things first.  Kamryn had his first tournament for his traveling soccer team from June 11-14.  It was at the Utah Summer Games in Cedar City.  Wyatt had to work so I took the kids by myself.  I left Derek with Wyatt because they had the Father and Son campout the same weekend.  It was a little crazy traveling with three kids by myself, but all it all it was a pretty good trip.  Kamryn thought it was great.  His soccer team lost all their games, but it was the first time they had ever played together as a team, and they are a young team.  They played well together, and they did tie one of their games.  They only scored one point the whole tournament.  It was in the last game and everyone was so excited that they scored.  Kamryn personally played very well.  He's turned out to be a pretty good little soccer player.  Kamryn's favorite part of the tournament was the opening ceremonies.  It was really neat.  They had all the teams walk the track together and then they got to sit in the middle of the track.  They had all the mascots from Utah there, like the Jazz Bear, the BYU Cougar, etc.  Collin Raye was their to perform and they had an amazing fireworks show.  I wasn't able to get any good pictures, but it really was cool.  My soccer pictures aren't great either.  I get so excited watching the games that I sometimes forget to take pictures.  Being there with the kids by myself didn't help either.  Anyway here are the pictures from the Summer Games.

These pictures are of the kids jumping.  They had an athletes social where they had free pizza and all kinds of these big blow up toys.  It was fun for the kids.

Brynli and Sadie enjoyed playing at the park while we waited for soccer games to start.

The Pic of him kicking the ball is awesome. Morgie has the same polka dot shirt that Sadie has on.
See you in an hour for lunch. ;)

Wow, three kids by yourself. You are so brave. I am scared to go anywhere with 2 by myself.

You are brave to take your kids for a few days by yourself. I am not sure I would do that and mine are older than yours! It sounds like it was a good experience for Kamryn. How fun.
