Soccer, Soccer, Baseball, and more Soccer

Around here with Spring comes sports. It is always busy, but a lot of fun. Kamryn and Derek are both playing soccer. Kamryn is playing little league baseball, and Derek will start T-ball in June. Wyatt is coaching Derek's soccer team, which is a lot of fun. I love to watch those little kids play. It is like the ball is a magnet, and they all just follow it around. It is so cute, and they get so excited. Kamryn is also fun to watch. By his age they actually understand the game and start to really play. He had his first little league game on Saturday. That was fun too. His team won 12-2. Derek plays once a week, Kamryn plays soccer twice a week, and baseball 2 or 3 times a week. So it is really quite crazy. Well last Thursday things got even more crazy. After Kamryn's soccer game we got a call from the traveling soccer team's coach. They want Kamryn to play on the traveling soccer team also. He is so excited. He has been wanting to play on this team, but it is an invitation only team. Now we will have to juggle extra soccer practices in our schedule. It will be a good experience for Kamryn. He should really learn the game of soccer better. Wyatt and I are not much help to him. It should be fun too. We get to go to the summer games in Cedar City as well as to a few other tournaments around the state. So if you are looking for us in the next few months and we are not home, you may want to try the soccer fields or the ball diamonds. That's most likely where we'll be.

You will have to let us know if Kamryn ever travels out this way. I love watching the little kids play soccer. I think the ball is a magnet that they are all being pulled to...except of course the one little kid who is alway half a field behind everyone else. Spring seems to be a busy time for everyone.
