Family Bike Ride

For Kamryn's Birthday he wanted to go on a family bike ride with the Harding's. He got a new bike so he was way excited to be able to ride it. He hasn't had a bike since last summer when his bike was stolen. This was our first family bike ride of the year. Brynli and Derek both got new bikes for Christmas and Wyatt also just got a new bike so everyone was really excited to go. Our family bike rides are not your typical bike ride. We don't really have a destination, and we don't just ride our bikes on the road. We go to all the places in town that have stairs or fun jumps. We just kind of play around. Not really great exercise, but a lot of fun. We discovered on our bike ride that we have a superhero in our family. Brynli is Speedgirl! At least that is what she was telling everybody. This was her first bike ride were she rode solo. She usually accompanies Sadie in the trailer. She was so funny. She kept calling herself Speedgirl, and if you didn't call her that she would correct you. At one time she kind of fell off her bike. Randy asked her if she was hurt. She said she didn't get hurt, because she was as tough as her dad. So I guess that must be one of her superhero powers. She really did a great job. She survived a pretty long bike ride (for a 4 year old), with jumps, stairs, and even a dog. About a block away from home she started to get a little tired, so we let Abbie ride her bike the rest of the way home and she rode in the trailer. Once we were home we all enjoyed banana splits. It was a great birthday for Kamryn.

I tried to get pictures of everyone but Austin must have been way to fast because somehow I missed him (Sorry Austin).
